We're partnering with a highly successful global investment firm to find a Benefits Specialist to join their growing Global Benefits team in London. Working closely with the Global Benefits Manager, you'll support the delivery and evolution of benefits programmes across the EMEA region, helping to ensure employees receive a first-class experience while developing your expertise across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 3-6 years' HR or employee benefits experience, particularly those who have moved from a broader HR role into benefits and are looking to establish a long-term career within reward and benefits.

The Role
As a Benefits Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of benefits programmes across the EMEA region. You'll work closely with colleagues across HR, Payroll, Compensation, external brokers and benefit providers, while providing day-to-day support to employees and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the management of employee benefits programmes across multiple EMEA locations
- Coordinating annual insurance renewals and managing relationships with brokers and providers
- Managing benefits enrolments, census updates and ongoing administration
- Acting as a key point of contact for employee benefit queries
- Maintaining benefits data, reporting and analytics
- Supporting benefits benchmarking projects and market reviews
- Ensuring compliance with local benefit regulations and requirements
- Creating and delivering employee benefit communications and engagement initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and employee experience
- Supporting the ongoing development and utilisation of Workday and other benefits technology
- Working alongside the Global Benefits Manager to deliver regional benefits initiatives and projects
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working in employee benefits and wants to develop their career within the discipline
You may currently be:
- A Benefits Administrator looking for your next step
- A Benefits Specialist seeking broader international exposure
- An HR Coordinator or HR Advisor who has developed a passion for benefits
- Working within a multinational organisation and looking for a more specialist role
You'll ideally have:
- 3-6 years' experience within Benefits, HR Operations or HR Administration
- Strong experience managing employee benefit processes and administration
- Knowledge of UK benefits programmes
- Experience within a scaling or fast-growing organisation
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with HR systems and technology
- Workday exposure would be highly advantageous
- Experience supporting multiple countries across EMEA would be beneficial, although not essential
- A collaborative and proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset

Working Environment
This is a highly collaborative office-based culture where relationship building and partnership are important.
The benefits team operates separately from the main London office, whilst still enjoying all the perks and amenities available across the business.
The Team
You'll join a growing Global Benefits team and work closely with experienced leaders in Reward and Benefits, supporting employees across London, Paris, Singapore and other international offices.
The team is particularly interested in candidates who enjoy building processes, improving ways of working, and contributing ideas as the function continues to evolve.
Candidates from both in-house and consultancy backgrounds will be considered, although previous hands-on experience delivering employee benefits programmes within a corporate environment will be particularly attractive.
