Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Ministry of Justice.
We Offer:
- Rate: £16 per hour on probation
- Shifts: 5 days Monday to Friday, 6am till 3pm
- Contract: Full Time/ Permanent

About the Chef de Partie role:
- Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
- Creating menus
- Hot food preparation, breakfast and lunch service
- Pizza experience
- General cleaning duties
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
- Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
