The role As a Visual Commercial, you set the visual direction of the store and use commercial insight to drive performance. You combine trend-led styling with data-led decisions — analysing commercial reports to choose what to highlight, where to place it, and how to keep the store fresh, impactful and easy to shop. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where speed, organisation and adaptability matter. You’ll react quickly to trade and newness, execute with high standards, and keep visuals aligned with brand guidelines. This role is for you if you… Have a strong eye for trend, styling and Bershka brand identity Enjoy working with commercial reports and turning insights into visual actions Thrive under pressure and love working at pace in a high-energy environment Are organised, proactive and confident prioritising in real time Are adaptable — you respond quickly to changing trade and store needs Work well with others, sharing knowledge and supporting the wider team Are resilient and ambitious, motivated to learn and grow What you’ll do Create and maintain on-brand visual presentations that showcase newness, trends and best sellers Style mannequins and outfit-build to drive customer engagement and conversion Analyse commercial reports and sales/product data to set daily and weekly visual priorities React quickly to performance changes, updating displays to maximise results Maintain high standards across layout, fixtures, signing and overall store presentation Plan and execute floor moves with the management team in line with brand guidance Support delivery flow and high-volume product movement to keep the store commercial and easy to shop Share styling and product knowledge with the team to support confident customer service Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives What we offer Competitive salary, 25% staff discount across all Inditex brands, 28 days holiday allowance, company pension scheme and the “More for Less” benefits platform with a wide range of discounts.
