BERSHKA Responsible (Full Time) Reporting to: General Manager / Department Manager / Deputy Manager About the Role At Bershka, we don’t just manage stores we create energy, culture, and commercial impact. As a responsible, you’ll be a key leader on the shop floor, combining emotional intelligence, commercial awareness, and operational excellence to deliver results through people. You’ll inspire and motivate your team, shape the customer experience, and translate commercial insight into action. You’ll support the management team in driving performance and developing talent, while ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values. This role is for someone who thrives at pace, leads with integrity and impact, and knows how to build trust, momentum, and results every day. What You’ll Be Responsible For Lead with Emotional Intelligence Motivate, coach, and develop your team through active listening, empathy, and clear direction. Build trust and accountability within a diverse team. Handle challenges calmly and professionally, setting the tone for the store. Drive Commercial Performance Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and product data to make informed decisions. Translate commercial insights into action on the shop floor. Ensure strong execution of visual merchandising, stock management, and replenishment. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience Role model proactive, personalized, and solution-focused service. Anticipate customer needs and support your team to exceed expectations. Own Operational Excellence Prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment. Ensure standards, processes, and compliance are consistently met. Balance people leadership with operational delivery. Champion Our Values Act with integrity and professionalism. Promote inclusivity, collaboration, and sustainability initiatives. What We’re Looking For We are looking for more than retail experience — we’re looking for mindset. Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to influence others positively. Commercial awareness — confident interpreting sales data and taking action. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Resilience and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
