Experience Travel Planner

An exciting UK based Travel operator specializing in UK wide tours and experiences is looking for an Experience Travel Planner to build high value bespoke trips for clients. Outstanding progression opportunities, benefits and flexible, hybrid working on offer.

The Role

This is a varied and engaging role focused on building unforgettable, high value bespoke travel packages for high value clients. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, guides, activity organisers, accommodation and more to piece together unique tours and getaways, managing logistics, timetables and more. The role will have support from junior team members to action plans and admin and the ideal candidate must have some prior experience planning UK tours/trips (ideally with an active element).

Responsibilities

  • Crafting and planning unforgettable tours and trips for high value clients, encompassing accommodation, activities, transport, guides, food & drink and more.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their interests, needs, budgets and expectations.
  • Conducting ongoing destination research to find the best solutions for clients.
  • Pitching the created experiences in a compelling and exciting way to clients.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers.
