Job Description

Salary £28,142 - £32,061 Per annum | Fixed Term 31/3/2029 | Full Time - 37 hours per week

International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship

We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated Best Start in Life Development Worker to help transform outcomes for children and families across Lancashire.

We have a full-time post in Burnley


This is more than a job – it’s your chance to influence early childhood development, empower parents, and be part of a service that is changing lives every day.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead and deliver impactful programmes such as PEEPs Learning Together, Triple P and EasyPeasy
  • Work directly with families to assess needs and connect them to the right support
  • Drive engagement across communities – especially reaching those most in need
  • Collaborate with partners across Family Hubs to build a joined-up support offer
  • Support and supervise a team of Parenting Education and Outreach Workers
