Job Description

Salary: £25,989-£28,142 Per annum (Pro Rata) | Fixed Term 31/03/2029 | Part-Time 22.2 hrs

We’re looking for a Parenting Education Worker to join our Best Start in Life team – a role where every day you’ll make a real difference to children, parents, and communities.

This is your opportunity to play a key role in delivering life-changing parenting support that improves outcomes for children from the very start.

You will:

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based parenting programmes like PEEPs, Triple P and EasyPeasy
  • Work directly with parents and carers to build confidence, resilience, and practical parenting skills
  • Provide group sessions, workshops, and 1:1 support in Family Hubs and community settings
  • Help families access the right support at the right time through triage and guidance
  • Build strong relationships with families, partners, and communities to maximise engagement

These posts are part time and there will be some evening and weekend work (on a rota)

Note: This position is part time, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent, the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
