Senior Master Key Holder (Domiciliary Services)
About the Role
Join the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, part of the branch branch, in a permanent role as a Senior Master Keyholder within Domciliary Services.
Location: Belfast Health and Social Care Trust
Salary: £47,810 - £54,710 (Band 7)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of a Master Key Store within the Trust.
- Ensure secure issuance, return, and traceability of high-value keys and access devices.
- Provide guidance and support to Nursing Staff and Finance Staff regarding key control procedures.
- Day-to-day management of the operation of the Master Key Store.
- Ensure compliance with security and confidentiality protocols.
requirements
- Experience in key management, preferably in a health or social care setting.
- Working knowledge of Attendance Systems and related financial systems.
- A high level of ** organização** and administrative competency.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to liaise effectively with staff across different areas of the Trust.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Advanced customer and team service delivery.
- Commitment to upholding professional standards and systems set by the Trust.
