Leicester (Hybrid – 3 days per week) | £50,000 + Bonus + Private Healthcare
Would you like to work with technology and business leaders to deliver meaningful reporting and insights that inform strategic decisions? A FTSE 100 organisation is seeking a BI & Reporting Analyst to collaborate across business systems and security tools, generating actionable insights, dashboards, and reports.
This role offers the chance to work closely with the CIO, CISO, and senior technology leadership team to shape reporting and insights across the IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include building Power BI dashboards, extracting and transforming data from multiple Microsoft platforms (using Graph API and REST APIs), and transforming raw data into actionable intelligence.

The Role
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports across multiple platforms, primarily Microsoft ecosystems.
- Deliver strategic reports that inform decision-making within the technology function.
- Use Microsoft Graph API / REST APIs to extract and present data effectively.
- Drive automation in reporting to enhance efficiency and provide real-time insights.
- Work in a high-visibility role with meaningful impact across an enterprise-level IT estate.
Essential Experience
- Proven expertise in Power BI with real-world commercial application.
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs to pull and transform data.
- Experience developing automated reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills to translate technical insights to business leaders.

Package and Working Details
- Base salary: £50,000
