Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

Location: Central London (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + bonus & comprehensive benefits package

Our client is a leading multinational hospitality group operating within a fast-paced and commercially driven environment. Due to continued international growth and ongoing investment in technology and data, the business is seeking a BI Developer to join its London-based team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions across the business
  • Support the ongoing development and administration of the Group's reporting and analytics platforms
  • Write and maintain SQL queries and support data extraction and reporting processes
  • Work closely with finance and operational teams to deliver meaningful business insights
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
  • Support data integrations, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Investigate and resolve reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Produce technical documentation and support users with reporting requirements
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business on strategic reporting and analytics projects

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience within a BI Developer, Reporting Analyst, or Business Intelligence role
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large and complex datasets
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and management information solutions
  • Exposure to coding or scripting languages within a reporting or data environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with ERP, finance, or enterprise reporting systems would be advantageous

Highly Desirable Experience

  • Experience with Infor EPM v12 Cloud
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
  • Experience within hospitality, retail, or other multinational multi-site environments
