Business Intelligence (BI) Developer
Location: Central London (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + bonus & comprehensive benefits package
Our client is a leading multinational hospitality group operating within a fast-paced and commercially driven environment. Due to continued international growth and ongoing investment in technology and data, the business is seeking a BI Developer to join its London-based team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions across the business
- Support the ongoing development and administration of the Group's reporting and analytics platforms
- Write and maintain SQL queries and support data extraction and reporting processes
- Work closely with finance and operational teams to deliver meaningful business insights
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
- Support data integrations, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Investigate and resolve reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Produce technical documentation and support users with reporting requirements
- Partner with stakeholders across the business on strategic reporting and analytics projects

Candidate Requirements
- Experience within a BI Developer, Reporting Analyst, or Business Intelligence role
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large and complex datasets
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and management information solutions
- Exposure to coding or scripting languages within a reporting or data environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with ERP, finance, or enterprise reporting systems would be advantageous

Highly Desirable Experience
- Experience with Infor EPM v12 Cloud
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Experience within hospitality, retail, or other multinational multi-site environments
