- Take real ownership of outcomes, not just tasks

The kind of experience that stands out
You’ll likely have experience in:
- Consulting or client delivery environments
- Fast-paced teams with shifting priorities
- Situations where you’ve had to figure things out without all the answers upfront
We value people who can demonstrate how they’ve:
- Managed conflicting deadlines
- Delivered in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
- Worked directly with clients or senior stakeholders
Core Technical Expertise
- Strong SQL Server development skills, including writing and optimising T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Experience developing and maintaining SSAS multidimensional and Tabular models, including DAX calculations.
- Working knowledge of BI and data warehousing methodologies, with the ability to implement solutions in line with agreed approaches and standards.
- Familiarity with Azure data services and modern data platform components.
- Experience applying data validation and testing techniques to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and quality.
- Ability to work within established architectural patterns, data models, and development standards.
- Programming or scripting experience is desirable.
- Experience working within Data Vault and Kimball modelling approaches.
