ISS | BI, Governance & Transformation Lead

We're looking for a BI, Governance & Transformation Lead to join our team, supporting a major international client account. This is an exciting opportunity to shape governance, business intelligence and transformation across a complex global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain global standards for data, reporting and business intelligence.
  • Ensure accurate, structured and consistent information supports governance and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop client-facing reporting, dashboards and workplace strategy materials.
  • Lead workplace transformation initiatives aligned to ISS standards and client objectives.
  • Coordinate projects focused on data, systems and process standardisation across multiple regions.
  • Manage strategic account administration, including SharePoint and information management.
  • Support account transitions, onboarding activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Experience in Business Intelligence, governance, transformation or workplace strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data quality and reporting.
  • Highly organised with the ability to introduce structure and consistency across complex environments.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing across international teams.
  • Experience within workplace services, facilities management or a similar environment would be advantageous.
