Become an enabler of escape – Join the Team at Breakfree Holidays
At Breakfree Holidays, we don’t just book holidays; we are enablers of escape. As one of the UK’s leading holiday aggregators, we have helped over 20 million people discover their perfect staycation, from serene woodland lodges to action-packed family caravan parks.
We are looking for a BI Manager to become the architect of our data strategy. You will sit at the heart of the business, acting as the bridge between raw data and commercial strategy. If you have a passion for uncovering the "why" behind the numbers and the drive to transform CRM insights into booking conversions, we want to hear from you.
The Role
You will own our data ecosystem, ensuring that every department—from Marketing and Commercial to Product and Operations—has the high-quality, actionable insights they need to win. A primary focus of this role will be the intelligent segmentation of our CRM database, turning a vast pool of holidaymakers into precision-targeted audiences that drive industry-leading conversion rates.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- CRM Segmentation Strategy: Lead the deep-dive analysis of our customer base. You will develop sophisticated segmentation models (RFM, behavioural, preference-based) to identify high-value cohorts, ensuring the right offer reaches the right customer at the right time.
- Conversion Optimisation: Partner with our marketing and CRM teams to design, test, and measure targeted campaigns. You will be responsible for proving the efficacy of these segments and continuously iterating to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Strategic Ownership: Lead the development and maintenance of our core MI reporting suite, ensuring data integrity and accessibility across the business.
- Predictive Modelling: Use advanced analytical techniques to forecast performance, identifying emerging trends in the UK travel market—such as shift in demand for pet-friendly lodges or early-booking behaviours—before they become mainstream.
- Stakeholder Influence: Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling narratives that drive decision-making for the Senior Leadership Team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
