BI Developer
We are looking for a BI Developer to support the development and maintenance of our financial operations data architecture, reporting tools and performance visualisations. You will help shape our data strategy, build trusted data pipelines, and deliver clear, impactful reporting that drives decision-making across Finance and Operations.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain core data tools, reporting architecture and automated data feeds
- Work with BI teams and the central data team to deliver key data strategy milestones
- Build performance dashboards, scorecards and combined financial/non-financial KPIs
- Improve insight through enhanced KPIs, modelling and value-driver analysis
- Support the transition to automated, productionised reporting and Power BI dashboards
- Strengthen data integrity through documentation, validation and improved data ownership
- Maintain operational finance data hierarchies for accurate KPI and performance reporting
- Train and support the finance team in BI tools, automation and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant BI development qualification or background
- 3+ years’ experience in data, reporting or BI roles
- Strong Power BI, Power Query/Automate, SQL, Python or similar skills
- Understanding of BI methodologies (User Stories, Agile/Waterfall)
- Experience delivering impactful reporting and data solutions
- Collaborative, analytical and able to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
