Bid Assistant – Permanent (London-based)
Role Overview A mid-sized national law firm based in London is seeking a Bid Assistant to join their Business Development team, reporting closely to Marketing. This is a permanent role with the opportunity to support bid and tender activities across their glass-half-full practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity sourcing & distribution
- Source, identify, and internally circulate potential tender opportunities via relevant channels.
- Bid coordination
- Manage core bid deliveries from inception to submission, ensuring alignment with firm strategy.
- Contract diligence
- Provide systematic support for contract review to mitigate legal and commercial risk.
- Fees & content input
- Liaise with practice area specialists to refine bid content and fee proposals.

Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in bid support roles (legal/commercial sector preferred).
- Team exposure: Proven ability to operate within a Marketing & Business Development environment.
