Referment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and fast-growing specialist construction contractor to recruit a Bid Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected business that delivers complex projects across London and the South East and is continuing to invest in its pre-construction team.

The Opportunity
As Bid Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring high-quality, compliant tender submissions are delivered on time. Working closely with estimating, commercial, design and senior leadership teams, you'll help coordinate multiple live opportunities while maintaining accurate bid documentation and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage tender submissions from receipt through to completion.
- Monitor tender portals, procurement platforms and shared inboxes.
- Prepare, format and quality-check bid documentation.
- Maintain and develop the company's bid library, including case studies, CVs and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate internal meetings, issue agendas and record actions.
- Track bid activity using CRM systems and support reporting.
- Assist with post-tender clarifications, presentations and client feedback.
- Support the continuous improvement of bid processes and work-winning strategies.
About You
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Previous experience in a Bid Coordinator, Bid Administrator or similar pre-construction role.
- Experience working within the construction or engineering sector.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using document management and tender platforms such as Aconex, BIW, Business Collaborator or similar would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across multiple departments.
