eSynergy is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support our business development team and play a key role in delivering high-quality bid submissions across public-sector frameworks.
You’ll work closely with our Bid Lead and wider team to manage the end-to-end bid process — from identifying opportunities to final submission. This is a hands-on role where organisation, communication, and attention to detail are essential.
You’ll be proactive, reliable, and eager to learn — someone who takes pride in delivering polished work and keeping everything on track.
Responsibilities: 🌟
- Monitor procurement portals (Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Stotles) to identify relevant opportunities
- Keep the bid tracker up to date, ensuring deadlines are clearly flagged and managed
- Coordinate bid responses by chasing inputs, managing document versions, and keeping everything aligned
- Format and proofread submissions to a high standard, ensuring they meet client requirements
- Support the bid library, maintaining case studies, CVs, boilerplate content, and certifications
- Organise and minute bid kick-offs and review sessions
- Manage submission logistics, including portal uploads and deadline tracking

Requirements: ✔️
- 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative, coordination, or writing-related role (bid/proposals experience is a bonus, not essential)
- Strong written English with a confident eye for proofreading and detail
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a “get stuck in” mindset
- An interest in technology, public sector procurement, or professional services
