Bid Coordinator

Bid Coordinator – Main Contractor (Ref: 4401MR)

Our client is a growing Main Contractor with a strong track record of delivering projects across commercial, education, healthcare, residential, and fire safety sectors. Our client aims to strengthen their work-winning function with the appointment of a Bid Coordinator, reporting to the Bid Manager and senior leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming tenders, submission deadlines, and document requirements.
  • Prepare, format, and issue:
    • Bid documents
    • Tender templates
    • CVs
    • Organograms
    • Case studies
  • Maintain:
    • Bid trackers
    • Tender portals
    • Clarification logs
    • Submission records
  • Support bid library content, including:
    • Project profiles
    • Standard responses
  • Assist with:
    • Accreditation evidence
    • Compliance documentation
    • Renewal submissions
  • Support marketing collateral, website updates, and general business administration.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather information and ensure submissions are accurate and on time.

Minimum Requisite Experience

  • Previous exposure to bids, tenders, or construction administration within a main contracting environment.
  • Experience in document control or pre-construction support.
