I'm delighted to be partnering with a highly respected, award-winning global architecture practice as they look to appoint a Bid Coordinator to join their established Bids team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has experienced significant growth in recent years, with an impressive portfolio spanning architecture, urban design and masterplanning. You'll become part of a collaborative, well-established bids team where your ideas, organisation and attention to detail will make a real impact.
The Role
As Bid Coordinator, you'll play a key role in coordinating the production of high-quality bid submissions, supporting the business in securing exciting new projects across a diverse range of sectors.
- Working closely with colleagues across the practice, you'll coordinate bid programmes, manage submission deadlines, write and edit compelling content, collate technical information and ensure every submission is accurate, compliant and professionally presented.
- You'll also help maintain the bid library, support continuous improvements to bid processes and contribute to wider business development and marketing initiatives.

This is a varied and collaborative role that would suit someone who enjoys managing multiple deadlines, working with different stakeholders and producing exceptional bid submissions.
About You
- Previous experience in a Bid Coordinator, Bid Executive or similar bids/proposals role within the built environment (architecture, engineering, construction, property or consultancy).
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels and coordinating contributions from across the business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
- A genuine interest in architecture and the built environment would be beneficial.
