Bid Coordinator – Commercial Main Contractor
Our client, a growing Main Contractor, delivers a range of projects across commercial, education, healthcare, residential and fire safety sectors.
We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to strengthen their work winning process under close collaboration with the Bid Manager and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming tenders, submission deadlines and document requirements.
- Prepare, format and distribute bid documents, including:
- Templates
- CVs
- Organograms
- Case studies
- Maintain:
- Bid-tracking systems
- Tender portals
- Clarification logs
- Submission records
- Develop and curate bid-library content (project profiles, standard responses).
- Assist with:
- Accreditation evidence
- Compliance documentation
- Renewal submissions
- Support marketing collateral, website updates and business administration.
- Liaise internally to gather bid materials and ensure timely, accurate submissions.

Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate prior experience in:
- Construction bid/tender processes
- Main contracting environment (pre-construction, documentation control)
- Bid administration or pre-construction support roles
