A globally recognised, multi-award-winning architectural practice is seeking a talented Bid & Proposals Coordinator to join its thriving London studio.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's most influential design firms at a particularly exciting point in its growth journey. The Role
This is a highly creative and collaborative position that combines strategic thinking, compelling storytelling, and visual communication.
The role would particularly suit a bid professional who enjoys the creative side of submissions and wants to spend more time developing engaging narratives, impactful presentations, and strategic pursuits rather than focusing solely on process-driven tender responses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and delivering high-quality bids, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Producing compelling new business documents, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Developing creative bid strategies and shaping persuasive submission narratives.
- Creating visually engaging layouts and presentations that reflect the practice's design excellence.
- Editing and refining content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
- Collaborating with international teams and senior leadership on strategic pursuits across a diverse range of sectors.
- Supporting the development of new business initiatives and client engagement activities.
What They're Looking For

- Previous experience within bids, proposals, pursuits, submissions, or marketing within architecture, design, engineering, or the wider built environment.
- Strong InDesign skills and a keen eye for visual communication and layout design.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- A passion for architecture, design, and the built environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience supporting public sector bids and framework submissions would be advantageous.
