MADE Careers is working with one of the UK's leading multidisciplinary architecture and placemaking practices to appoint a Bid Coordinator within its London studio.
Joining an established Business Development & Marketing team, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality bid submissions across architecture, urban design, masterplanning, development consultancy and community engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bid Coordinator looking to further develop their career within a collaborative, design led environment, working closely with directors, architects and marketing professionals on a diverse range of exciting projects.
The Role
Supporting the delivery of bids from initial enquiry through to submission, you'll coordinate bid programmes, prepare high quality documents and work closely with teams across the practice to ensure submissions are delivered to an exceptional standard.
Alongside live bids, you'll help maintain the bid library, support wider business development activity and contribute to marketing initiatives across the practice.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate bid submissions from initial enquiry through to final submission
- Liaise with directors, technical teams and consultants to gather submission information
- Write, edit and proofread bid content
- Produce high quality submission documents using Adobe InDesign
- Maintain and develop the bid information library
- Support wider business development and marketing initiatives
- Ensure submissions are delivered accurately and to tight deadlines
- Assist with continuous improvements to bid processes and documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience within a Bid Coordinator or similar bids role
- Excellent written communication, editing and proofreading skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Experience within architecture, engineering, construction or the wider built environment would be highly advantageous
- Collaborative approach with confidence working across multidisciplinary teams
