An award-winning UK business within the hospitality and service sector is looking for a talented Bid Designer to join its growing sales and marketing team. Your new role

As Bid Designer, you'll sit at the heart of the sales and marketing function, producing high-quality bid and tender documents that help secure new contracts and opportunities.

  • Designing and formatting tender submissions, RFP responses, and bid documents to an exceptional standard.
  • Creating presentation decks, brochures, introductory materials, and supporting digital and print assets.
  • Translating complex written content into engaging, visually compelling layouts.
  • Applying established brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing deadlines.
  • Collaborating closely with bid writers, marketers, account managers, designers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Preparing final artwork and files to presentation-ready and print-ready specifications.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in bid design, document design, graphic design, or a studio-based creative role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, alongside strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and artworking ability.
  • A strong understanding of typography, layout design, and information hierarchy.
  • Experience producing long-form documents and presentation materials.
  • The ability to work within established brand frameworks and templates.
  • Proven experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, calm, and solution-focused approach under pressure.
