Your new role
As Bid Designer, you'll sit at the heart of the sales and marketing function, producing high-quality bid and tender documents that help secure new contracts and opportunities.
- Designing and formatting tender submissions, RFP responses, and bid documents to an exceptional standard.
- Creating presentation decks, brochures, introductory materials, and supporting digital and print assets.
- Translating complex written content into engaging, visually compelling layouts.
- Applying established brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing deadlines.
- Collaborating closely with bid writers, marketers, account managers, designers, and senior stakeholders.
- Preparing final artwork and files to presentation-ready and print-ready specifications.

What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in bid design, document design, graphic design, or a studio-based creative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, alongside strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and artworking ability.
- A strong understanding of typography, layout design, and information hierarchy.
- Experience producing long-form documents and presentation materials.
- The ability to work within established brand frameworks and templates.
- Proven experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, calm, and solution-focused approach under pressure.
