Bid Manager | Staffordshire | Hybrid (2 days in the office)
I'm working with a leading engineering business that's investing heavily in growth and is looking to appoint an experienced Bid Manager to join its expanding Business Development team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of the full bid lifecycle, leading complex, high-value tenders from qualification through to submission and handover. You'll work closely with Engineering, Commercial, Project Management, and Operations to deliver winning proposals across highly regulated engineering projects.

We're looking for someone with:
- Proven Bid Management experience
- Experience within Defence, Aerospace, or another complex engineering environment
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
- The ability to manage multiple bids and work to tight deadlines

Occasional UK & international travel
