Bid Manager – Main Contractor

The Role: Bid Manager
As Bid Manager, you will lead the bid process from inquiry to submission, ensuring competitive, high-quality tenders are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bid submissions across multiple sectors
- Coordinate internal teams (estimating, design, commercial)
- Write and refine technical submissions and PQQs
- Develop profit-focused bid strategies to improve win rates
- Engage with stakeholders to maintain clarity and adhere to timelines
- Ensure high standards of accuracy and presentation in all bid documentation
About You
We are looking for candidates with: ✔ Proven experience in bid management (construction preferred) ✔ Alternatively, Project Management or Contracts Management backgrounds looking to transition into bid management ✔ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ✔ Strong organisation and deadlines management under pressure ✔ A proactive, collaborative approach to teamworking
