Description
As a Bid Manager at Foster + Partners, you will play a key role in helping win exciting new projects across the globe. Working closely with partners, architects, engineers and the wider communications team, you will lead the development of compelling bids, proposals and presentations that showcase the practice's world-class portfolio. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, persuasive writing and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, creative environment.
This role is ideal if you want to:
- Lead high-profile bids and proposals that help secure landmark projects.
- Shape winning strategies and develop compelling submission narratives.
- Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, project managers and partners across the practice.
- Prepare and print accurate and high quality bid documents using Adobe InDesign, Templates or MS Word, in a deadline driven environment.
- Coordinate architects, engineers and project teams to deliver compelling OJEU responses, RFPs, RFQs and tenders.

What you will bring to the team:
- Experience in a bid management role within a design, architectural or professional services environment.
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive content.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with confidence.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the confidence to build relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Able to develop a cogent argument from complex information and diverse sources.
- An interest in architecture, design and the built environment; Adobe InDesign skills and fluent in foreign languages are desirable.
