Job Purpose

Morelife has delivered NHS obesity services for over 25 years. Now, in partnership with Voy — one of the world's fastest-growing preventative health platforms — we're combining community expertise with best-in-class digital care to transform how the UK tackles obesity. This is a critical, high-stakes role at the heart of our growth strategy. As Bid Manager, you won't just coordinate — you'll own the result. Every submission you lead will be technically flawless, commercially sharp, and tell a unified story that resonates with NHS and Public Health commissioners.

About the Role

As a Bid Manager you will:

  • Take full ownership of the bid result, ensuring every submission meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Deeply digest each Invitation to Tender (ITT) — no detail missed, every nuanced requirement reflected in the final response.
  • Lead the end-to-end bid process across clinical, operational, finance, marketing, and HR functions, driving high-quality output and holding all contributors to strict deadlines.
  • Write concise, compelling answers that highlight Morelife's USPs and evidence-based impact, condensing word count without losing substance.
  • Thread a cohesive narrative through all workstreams so the bid reads as a single, unified voice rather than a collection of siloed outputs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

We are looking for a detail-obsessed, mission-driven professional with deep NHS and public health expertise who can read between the lines of commissioner language to identify what evaluators are truly looking for, and translate complex clinical or technical challenges into simple, persuasive answers. You will digest ITTs with precision, recalling every nuanced requirement across Clinical, Technology, and Operations workstreams to ensure nothing is missed and all dots are connected. Highly organised and accountable, you will manage bid processes with the rigour of an influential project manager — maintaining momentum under pressure and holding contributors to deadlines without losing sight of the bigger picture. You will bring creative problem solving, strategic thinking, and sound commercial risk management to everything you do, driven by a genuine commitment to prevention, health equity, and population impact.

Essential skills and experience include:

  • Detail obsessed — able to digest a complex ITT and recall every nuanced requirement when crafting responses.
  • NHS and Public Health expert — reads between the lines of a tender to identify what commissioners are truly looking for.
  • Exceptional communicator — translates complex clinical or technical problems into simple, persuasive answers.
  • Rigorous and thorough — dives into the specifics of every workstream (Clinical, Tech, Operations) to ensure all dots are connected.
  • Influential project manager — highly organised, holds others accountable, maintains momentum under pressure.
  • Mission-driven — motivated by prevention, health equity, and population impact.
  • Strong creative problem solving, strategic thinking, and sound commercial risk management.
  • Proficient with bid portals, document management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
