Bid Manager – Healthcare & Public Health Services

📍 UK (Remote with occasional travel to London, Leeds or Manchester)
💼 Permanent
💷 £60,000 to £70,000 + bonus

A rapidly growing digital healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and deliver high-impact tenders across NHS and public health services.

This organisation operates at the crossroads between clinical expertise, digital innovation, and public health delivery, with a mission to expand access to evidence-based preventative healthcare.

This role will play a critical part in securing new NHS and public health contracts, supporting the growth of services that improve long-term health outcomes across communities.

The Role

As Bid Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end bid process for NHS and public health tenders. This is more than coordination - you will be accountable for ensuring every submission is strategically aligned, commercially strong, and technically flawless.

Working closely with clinical, operational, digital, and commercial teams, you will translate complex internal capabilities into clear, compelling proposals that resonate with commissioners. You will also help build and mature the organisation’s bid management capability, developing processes, structure, and consistency as the business continues to scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
