Description
About Us
Wifinity was founded in 2007 to solve a problem - our armed forces were struggling with reliable connectivity. While living in barracks, often in remote locations, ordering a landline and booking in an engineer just wasn’t an option.
And that problem isn’t exclusive to the military, either. Students living in University accommodation, families visiting holiday resorts, or living in shared accommodation and retirement communities.
Conventional home broadband doesn’t always work for them.
Wifinity is different. We offer the same benefits as traditional broadband, such as super-fast speeds, WiFi, and secure and private networks, but none of the downsides. We even offer Pay As You Go and flexible contracts, so customers only pay for what they need without hefty penalties or long contract terms.
We take the complexity out of connectivity.
The Opportunity
The Bid Manager leads the delivery of high-quality, compliant bid and tender submissions, owning opportunities from qualification through to contract award. Working cross-functionally, the role ensures the development of compelling, client-focused proposals that align to commercial objectives and maximise win rates across all sectors.
This role is responsible for driving improvements to processes and ways of working within the bid team and at the interface between the bid function and other departments.

- Manage tender portals and proactively identify new opportunities and frameworks
Proposal Development & Content Management
- Lead the development, structuring and writing of high-quality, persuasive bid responses
- Shape win themes and ensure clear, client-focused messaging throughout submissions
- Review and refine content from SMEs to ensure consistency, clarity and impact
- Oversee and continuously improve bid content libraries and reusable materials

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
