Overview

One Identity is seeking a Bid and Proposal Specialist to join our Technical Sales practice in EMEA. This remote role focuses on leading the full lifecycle of strategic bids, ensuring compliant and compelling submissions that protect commercial interests and increase win probability within the cybersecurity software space.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Bid Management: Lead the complete bid process from RFI/RFP receipt to final delivery.
  • Strategic Leadership: Drive sales-defined bid strategies and win themes while coordinating technical, commercial, legal, and financial inputs.
  • Governance & Review: Conduct critical "go/no-go" assessments and capture reviews.
  • Content Creation: Author, edit, and quality-assure proposal content to maintain high standards of clarity, compliance, and customer focus.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain the proposal content library and templates to ensure organisational readiness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate win/loss sessions and lessons-learned reviews to drive ongoing learning and process optimisation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, CSM, delivery teams, partners, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 5–8+ years in bid/proposal management or relevant project management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in IT, software, defence, energy, or professional services is ideal.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal English skills with a proven ability for persuasive storytelling and professional proposal writing.
  • Project Management: Highly organised and deadline-driven with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and utilising CRM/proposal tools such as Salesforce and Loopio.
  • Analytical Problem Solving: A proactive and analytical approach to solving complex problems.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: A self-motivated team player with strong time management skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Additional Requirements

  • Languages: Exceptional written and fluent English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is desirable.
