π¨ Bid Manager - Construction & Facilities Management
π Fareham | π° Circa Β£65,000 Package + Monthly Bonus | π‘ Hybrid Working | Permanent
We're working with a well-established and growing organisation operating across the Construction and Facilities Management sectors, looking to appoint an experienced Bid Manager to take ownership of the delivery of high-quality tender submissions across both public and private sector opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bid professional who enjoys leading the entire bid lifecycle whilst working closely with commercial, operational and technical teams to secure major contracts and frameworks.
Please note: This role requires previous Bid Management experience within Construction, Facilities Management, Hard FM, Building Services, M&E or a closely related technical environment. Applicants from unrelated sectors are unlikely to be suitable.
The Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing complex bids from initial opportunity through to successful submission, ensuring every proposal is commercially strong, technically accurate and professionally presented.
Working closely with Commercial, Estimating, Operations and Mobilisation teams, you'll coordinate subject matter experts, develop compelling bid content and ensure submissions are delivered to the highest possible standard.
This is a highly visible position where you'll also help drive continuous improvement across bid processes, systems, templates and content libraries, playing a key role in increasing future win rates.
Reasons to use Rodeo
Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
