We are looking for a commercially minded Bid & Sales Enablement Executive to support the development of high-quality pitches, RFP responses, sales materials and client-facing content, with a particular focus on supporting our Specialty division.
This role will help us improve how we present our proposition to prospects and clients, bringing together strong writing, design, project management and commercial awareness. You'll play an important role in helping our Specialty sales teams respond to new business opportunities, tell a clear PIB story, and demonstrate the value of our specialist products, services and expertise.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the completion of pitches, tenders, RFPs and client questionnaires for our Specialty division, working with sales, marketing and subject matter experts to gather information and shape responses
- Own a library of standard bid responses, credentials, case studies and supporting content, identifying opportunities to improve the quality and consistency of our submissions
- Create and update sales materials, including pitch decks, proposal documents and tailored explainers, translating complex or technical Specialty content into clear, commercially relevant messaging
- Support the development of reusable, scalable sales tools and gather proof points, case studies and testimonials that strengthen our Specialty sales story
- Design professional, on-brand documents and presentations that are visually engaging, easy to use and aligned to brand guidelines
- Build strong working relationships across Specialty sales, marketing and operational teams, managing competing deadlines in a fast-moving environment

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
