Our services include solar PV, battery storage, heat pumps, EV charging, insulation, and whole house retrofit solutions. Through strategic partnerships and innovative delivery models, Installio is helping clients achieve Net Zero ambitions whilst improving homes and creating lasting social value for communities.

As the business continues its rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Bid & Social Value Manager to lead our bid function and play a key role in securing long-term strategic contracts.

Working closely with senior leadership, operational teams, and external partners, the successful candidate will ensure every submission reflects Installio’s technical capability, customer-first approach, and commitment to delivering measurable environmental, economic, and social outcomes.

The role will own the company’s bid strategy, improve bid quality and win rates, develop the corporate knowledge library, lead social value initiatives, and support the wider commercial strategy that positions Installio as one of the UK’s leading delivery partners within the retrofit and renewable energy sectors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
