As a Strategic Pursuit Lead, you will identify, develop and secure high-value opportunities across policing, law enforcement and public protection sectors. Owning the full opportunity lifecycle, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to build trusted relationships, shape winning strategies and deliver innovative solutions that improve outcomes for citizens and frontline services. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence major programmes while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and secure strategic Public Safety opportunities.
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle.
- Develop pursuit strategies, proposals and client presentations.
- Apply Public Sector procurement expertise to position solutions effectively.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities through market and procurement insight.
- Collaborate with technical, commercial and delivery teams to develop winning solutions.

What You'll Bring
- Proven success in winning complex Public Sector opportunities.
- Experience within policing, Public Safety, Home Office or Central Government environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of Public Sector procurement and bidding processes.
- Experience with Shipley or similar sales methodologies.
- Excellent commercial, presentation and relationship-building capabilities.
