Volunteer Bid Writer & Fundraising Support – Chiltern ADHD Clinic CIC

About the Role

Volunteer Opportunity: Bid Writing and Fundraising Support ₵ Every Little Stops Isolation

Chiltern ADHD Clinic CIC, a mission-driven Community Interest Company, focuses on breaking barriers for neurodivergent people, families, and the local community by offering free and low-cost support, including workshops, body doubling, and accessible community groups.

To cement our work, we need someone with expertise in bid writing, grant fundraising, and strategic fundraising innovation—more than our small team could fundraise alone. Your input would:

  • Bolster our projects, reducing isolation and amplifying the reach of our services
  • Shape our sustainability, securing grants to maintain and expand our vital support
  • Create impactful outcomes, ensuring access to neurodivergent-friendly spaces in our community

This isn’t just another bid—it’s a chance to ** Embed funding as the lifeline for a neighbourhood thriving on inclusion**.

What Difference Will This Make?

By bringing your skills, Chiltern ADHD Clinic CIC becomes stronger, enabling us to:

✔ Directly consolidate support for midlife parents overwhelmed by ADHD, where funds are scarce but the need is desperate. ✔ Pave the way for workshops and spaces for neurodivergent students and teachers with lived experience as role models. ✔ Stabilise our long-term community initiatives, including coffee mornings for autistic women and seasonal accessibility reviews.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
