Overview
We are hiring a Biddable Account Director to help shape the future of one of our most exciting international client partnerships. This is a pivotal role where you’ll influence strategy, inspire a talented team, and deliver meaningful outcomes across multiple European markets. You’ll work at the intersection of data, creativity, and technology—guiding clients through an evolving media landscape while ensuring paid social plays a clear, measurable role in their success. Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Lead paid social strategy, planning, and activation across a diversified mix of platforms, ensuring clear alignment to client goals.
- Build robust measurement frameworks that connect paid social performance to broader business and marketing KPIs.
- Partner closely with clients as a trusted advisor, simplifying complexity and providing clear, actionable insight.
- Drive experimentation and innovation through structured testing, demonstrating the incremental value of paid social.
- Collaborate across media and specialist teams to integrate paid social into wider campaign strategies.
- Establish and refine operational processes, ensuring high-quality delivery, efficient workflows, and strong financial governance.
- Support and develop your team, creating an inclusive environment where people feel motivated, recognised, and able to grow.
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
- Proven experience leading paid social strategy, client relationships, and team delivery in a media or agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of paid social platforms, with a clear perspective on strategy, performance, and creative effectiveness.
- Confidence working with complex clients and large-scale projects, with solid commercial awareness.
- A data-led mindset, able to translate performance insights into meaningful actions and recommendations.
- Curiosity for technology and innovation, with an openness to test, learn, and evolve ways of working.
- Collaborative approach, building strong relationships across teams and disciplines to deliver the best outcomes.
- Commitment to inclusive leadership, with a passion for supporting others’ development and creating a positive team culture.
