Biddable Media Intern / Account Executive - Digital Media Agency £26,500-30,000k

Are you ambitious, curious, and ready to launch your career in digital media? We're looking for an eager Biddable Media Intern or Junior AE to join a high-performing Performance Media team.

You'll be embedded in a fast-paced, client-facing agency environment - working across Programmatic and Paid Social alongside experienced specialists who are genuinely invested in your growth. You'll get hands-on from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up, monitoring and optimising Programmatic and Paid Social campaigns
  • Running daily campaign checks and flagging issues to senior team members
  • Building reports, performance summaries and client-ready presentations
  • Supporting campaign trafficking, creative uploads and audience creation
  • Researching industry trends, platform updates and audience insights
  • Maintaining campaign trackers and documentation
  • Collaborating with media, creative and data teams across the business

Who we are looking for

  • A genuine passion for digital marketing, advertising and technology
  • Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
  • Analytical mindset - you enjoy working with data and spotting patterns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, positive and hungry to learn - you ask questions and take feedback well
  • Previous digital marketing experience is a bonus, not a requirement
