Biddable Account Manager – Programmatic & Paid Social

Up to £40,000 | Central London | Hybrid – 3 days in the office

Are you a Biddable Account Manager, Paid Media Account Manager or Programmatic Account Manager looking to take greater ownership of campaigns, client relationships and junior team development?

We are recruiting a hands-on Biddable Account Manager to join an established in-house media team supporting a major automotive brand.

You will manage high-profile performance campaigns across programmatic and paid social channels, using campaign data to identify opportunities, improve results and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

  • Plan, activate and optimise programmatic and paid social campaigns.
  • Manage campaigns across platforms including DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Amazon Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs including CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR and conversion targets.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, media partners and multiple workstreams.
  • Analyse campaign performance and turn data into practical optimisation recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot delivery and performance issues through detailed campaign diagnostics.
  • Produce clear reports, insights and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain high standards of campaign accuracy, tracking and quality assurance.
  • Review team output and support the development of junior colleagues.
  • Collaborate with paid search and wider digital teams across the customer journey.

What we’re looking for

You will have strong, hands-on experience managing both programmatic and paid social campaigns, ideally within a media or digital agency environment.

You should also have:

  • Strong working knowledge of major advertising platforms.
  • Experience managing performance campaigns and significant media budgets.
  • Confidence discussing campaign results, insights and optimisation strategies with clients.
  • Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • An understanding of paid search and the wider digital marketing funnel.
  • Experience supporting, mentoring or managing junior team members.
  • Relevant and up-to-date platform certifications.
  • Experience within the automotive sector would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
