Biddable Account Manager – Automotive

£45,000 | Central London | Three office days per week

We are hiring a Biddable Account Manager to join an in-house media team working across a major automotive business. You will lead the delivery of programmatic and paid social campaigns, manage performance against key KPIs and turn data into clear optimisation recommendations.

The role

  • Plan, activate and optimise programmatic and paid social campaigns.
  • Work across platforms including DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Amazon Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
  • Manage budgets, partners, timelines and multiple campaigns.
  • Monitor performance against CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR and conversion targets.
  • Carry out campaign diagnostics and maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Produce clear reporting, insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Quality-check team output and support junior colleagues.
  • Work with paid search and wider digital teams across the customer journey.

You will have strong hands-on experience across programmatic and paid social, with the confidence to discuss campaign performance and optimisation with clients.

You will also bring:

  • Strong platform knowledge and relevant current certifications.
  • Experience managing performance campaigns and budgets.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • An understanding of paid search and the wider digital funnel.
  • Experience supporting or managing junior team members.
  • Automotive experience is useful but not essential.
