Biddable Manager - PPC, Paid Social & Programmatic
📍 Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
💰 £40,000 – £45,000 | Full-time
We're working exclusively with a growing media agency looking to bring on an experienced Biddable Manager to join their performance team. This is a great opportunity to work across a genuinely full-funnel biddable remit - no single-channel silos - with real ownership of strategy and delivery.
The Role
As Biddable Manager, you'll take ownership of paid media strategy and activation across PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic for a portfolio of client accounts. You'll be hands-on in-platform as well as leading on strategic recommendations, working closely with wider account teams to ensure campaigns are joined up and performing against KPIs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
