Job Description:

Join the UK's #1 Media Agency

At OMD UK, we're proud to be one of the UK's leading media agencies, recognised as the UK's number one media agency by RECMA and part of the world's largest media agency network. We partner with some of the world's biggest brands and are driven by one simple ambition: We Create What's Next.

We're now looking for a Biddable Manager to join our Connected Performance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about paid search and performance marketing, enjoys leading campaigns from strategy through to optimisation, and wants to work with talented people on high-profile client accounts.

The Role

As a Biddable Manager, you'll take ownership of planning, activating, and optimising paid media campaigns across search and social. You'll work closely with clients, media partners, and internal specialists to deliver outstanding performance while helping shape strategic recommendations that drive measurable business results.

Alongside campaign delivery, you'll support and mentor junior team members, helping to build a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with specialist teams across OMD to deliver integrated performance solutions.
  • Produce insightful campaign reporting and present results to clients with confidence.
  • Coach, support, and develop junior team members, helping them grow their technical and professional skills.
  • Stay ahead of industry developments, platform updates, and emerging technologies, including AI, to continually improve campaign performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
