The team handles a diverse range of proposals—from standard service opportunities to major FTSE100 panel engagements. Key features include:

Reporting to a Senior Bids Manager, this role entails cross-functional collaboration—Partners, Senior Managers, and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Strategic & Decisions
- Challenge Bid/No Bid decisions via quantifiable evidence and comparison with similar client histories
- Guide Partners and associates in crafting winning bid strategies

Project Management
- Manage the full bid lifecycle, including:
- Initial scoping calls
- Document development and editorial control (writing key content)
- Challenge and develop key messages/propositions
- Lead the bid review phase
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work with the Pricing Team to refine pricing propositions
- Collaborate with the design function for compelling bid materials
Requirements
- Project management under pressure, handling multiple tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- (Knowledge of Generative AI tools - e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot - is a plus)
- Ability to engage globally (UK & international) with:
- Stakeholders across the business
- Promotion of best practices
- Relationship building
- Awareness of legal market trends, client challenges, and commercial pricing models
