Job Title: Big Data Developer (Python)
Location: Camden Town, London
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year
Experience: 2–5 years
Job Description
We are urgently hiring a Big Data Developer / Big Data Engineer with strong experience in Python. You will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and distributed data systems in a fast-paced environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in software development and data engineering, especially within large-scale data environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Big Data applications
- Build, optimize, and manage ETL pipelines and data workflows
- Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience as a Big Data Developer / Python Developer / Software Engineer
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Basic knowledge of Scala, Java, Hadoop
- Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
Additional Information
- Must have valid UK work authorization
