Job Title: Arabic Speaking Channel Account Manager (MEA) – Fully Remote (London-based candidate)

Keeper is hiring a driven Arabic-speaking Channel Account Manager to join the Keeper Global Channel Sales team, based in the UK (London). This is a fully remote position for candidates permanently residing in London.

About The Role
A bilingual English/Arabic Channel Account Manager (MEA) will report to the Director of Channel, EMEA, with a primary focus on driving pipeline and channel revenue with existing partners and sourcing strategic new channel relationships. Ideal candidates should be highly motivated, results-driven, and possess a strong network in the channel ecosystem, with a focus on Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Expanding channel partnership into value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, systems integrators, and software partners.
- Acts as a liaison between Keeper, Ingram Micro MEA, and assigned channel partners.
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders in channel partners (sales, executives, operations).
- Aligning Keeper’s resources with partner performance objectives and expectations.
- Driving revenue through partnerships while managing direct/channel conflicts.
- Ensuring compliance with channel programs and agreements.
- Identifying and launching new offerings for mutual value creation.
- Traveling up to 50% for meetings and events.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage existing and prospective channel partners (VARs, distributors, integrators, software partners).
- Act as a trusted liaison between Keeper and Ingram Micro MEA.
- Build and retain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Establish trust with key decision-makers (sales, channel managers, technical personnel).
- Coordinate support, service, and management resources to meet revenue goals.
- Sell Keeper’s security solutions through channel partners.
- Achieve regional and partnerships revenue targets.
- Manage conflict between direct sales and channel teams.
- Ensure compliance with all channel agreements.
- Develop channel joint plans for strategic revenue growth.
- Identify greenfield opportunities with inbound vendors for shared partner success.
- Maintain Salesforce opportunity tracking for channel revenue.
- Plan and execute channel marketing initiatives to support branding and demand-gen.
- Travel internationally up to 50% for client meetings (vehicle rental/operation covered).

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in security/SaaS channel sales.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (verbal and written).
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth via channel partnerships.
- Knowledge of partner incentive programs and PRM platforms.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills (building trust and synergy).
- Exceptional written and verbal proficiency.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and commercially driven.

- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
