Bilingual Customer Support Representative (AI Model Training Role)
We are looking for an existing Bilingual Customer Support Representative to help train AI models by measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and resolving issues to enhance model quality.
About the Role
- You will conduct conversations with AI chatbots in Hebrew and English to assess their progress.
- You will design novel conversations to teach the models responses, requiring an expert-level understanding of linguistics, grammar, and brand voice.

Responsibilities
- Assign Hebrew-based tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
- Review AI model outputs for correctness, performance, and understanding.
- Identify and resolve flaws in AI logic to improve quality.

Requirements
- Fluency in both Hebrew and English
- Highly detail-oriented
- Exceptional command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree (current/studying/completed preferred but not required)

- Payment: via PayPal (automated currency conversion from USD).
