Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Recognized English teaching certification (TESOL / TEFL / TESL – CELTA or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years ESL teaching experience
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and teaching excellence

Professional Qualifications (Preferred)
- Advanced ESL qualifications (Level 5 equivalent or higher such as CELTA, TKT, DipTESOL, PGCE, MEd, PhDEd)
- Continuous professional development (CPD) participation
- Experience with international learners
Language Capability Requirements
- English proficiency at CEFR C2 (or equivalent) is required
- Proficiency in at least one additional language at CEFR B1+ or higher is strongly preferred

Teaching Scope
You may support either young learners or adult learners depending on teaching allocation.
