The Role
As Bilingual Inside Sales Representatives, you will participate in all aspects of customer service and Sales. Working in a proactive and professional manner, you will respond to customer inquiries to Radwell by phone, email, or through other means. In addition, you will:

- Manage sales opportunities and convert them into billable sales.
- Verify inventory and fulfill orders when stock is available.
- Inform customers of price or delivery updates for orders via phone, email, or online.
- Ensure all customer-confirmed orders are reviewed for any discrepancies.
- Ensure all non-cancellable, non-returnable orders are processed.
- Ensure all customer communications via phone and email are prompt, efficient, and consistently professional.
- Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback, and other means.
- Input quotes and orders into the sales system, ensuring accuracy in delivery, payment terms, and key details.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other outreach efforts.
About You
With strong computer skills and great customer service, the in-depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you will have:
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Strong computer proficiency
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Understanding of the sales cycle; ability to understand the Radwell International sales cycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Relevant degree (Desirable)
