Bilingual Legal PA

Senior French-Speaking Legal PA/Secretary – High-Powered Legal Support Role

Are you an experienced legal support professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment? We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Senior Legal PA/Secretary to join our collaborative and professional team, assisting senior legal professionals in delivering top-tier client service.


Key Responsibilities

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth legal operations by:

  • Managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and timelines for high-profile stakeholders.
  • Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal/business documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Monitoring inboxes and ensuring timely, efficient correspondence management.
  • Supporting billing processes, client onboarding, conflict checks, and engagement documentation.
  • Organising domestic and international travel—flights, hotels, and itineraries.
  • Maintaining client databases and electronic filing systems.
  • Assisting with expenses, timesheets, and routine administrative tasks.
  • Building strong client and external contact relationships while upholding exceptional service.

Who You Are

We’re seeking candidates with: ✅ Fluent written and spoken French and immaculate English communication skills. ✅ Five or more years of experience supporting senior professionals, ideally in Legal, Private Equity, or financial services. ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ✅ Outstanding attention to detail, coupled with exceptional organisational and communication skills. ✅ The ability to multitask efficiently while remaining calm under pressure and prioritising well. ✅ A collaborative mindset, bound by a professional demeanour and team-focused approach.
