Bilingual Sales Representative (German & English)

Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team. Key Responsibilities Conduct upselling into existing customer base through proactive desk-based outreach (telephone, email, LinkedIn, Xing). Use provided data to run outreach while also conducting proactive data sourcing on an ongoing basis. Run customer catch-up calls and provide reporting, feedback, and insights to instill confidence and strengthen customer relationships. Make 80-100+ outbound calls to prospects Send personalised outreach emails to targeted accounts Qualify and follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and understand business needs Use multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, video messages) to engage prospects Book qualified meetings for Account Executives Log all activities, notes, and lead status updates in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop tailored outreach strategies Track and report weekly KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline progress Maintain a positive, persistent, and professional approach in all prospect interactions Fluency in German (spoken & written), plus business proficiency in English. 2+ years experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role Background and experience in SaaS/Tech/MarTech/FinTech/IT Comfortable making 80+ outbound calls daily and sending targeted emails Strong communication and active listening skills Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by achieving measurable results Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team 💻 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere globally. 🚀 Career Growth: Join companies in SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services 🤝 Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network 🧭 Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement 💰 Tailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference — we’ll match you with options that fit your goals
