Billing & Debt Administrator at Oundle School

About the Role

Oundle School is seeking a skilled and experienced Billing & Debt Administrator to join its high-performing Finance Team.

  • Role Purpose: The Billing and Debt Administrator will manage the School’s fee billing process with accuracy and efficiency, including producing termly invoices, handling parent queries, and overseeing debt management.

    The role will act as the key point of expertise for the Bursary, handling:

    • All school fee invoicing
    • Extra charges
    • Payment processing
    • Providing excellent customer service

Key Details:

  • Start date: 1 September 2026
  • Contract: Part-time (20 hours per week) on a job share basis
  • Working weeks: 52-week contract
  • Hours: Monday – Friday (flexible between 1pm – 5pm or 1:30pm – 5:30pm—specific schedule to be discussed at interview)
  • Salary: £15,683 (actual), equivalent to £31,366 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE)
